MAKE-IN-SPACE

Our studio is operated by three different artist / makers & educators, each specialized in their own crafts. The three of us see the value in sharing our creative knowledge with others. We know how healing creativity can be and how it can be a tool to live a more centered and communal life. Our aim of facilitating these events & workshops is to create a save space where humans can get together to slow down, connect and create.

If you are looking for a location to host your event, workshop or any other idea you want to try out, then you can also rent our studio for a few hours.

Rules of the game:

- Set up and choose a date and time for your event(s) together with us.

- The amount of hours you rent our space for must include your set up and clean up time.

- Someone of Make-In-Space will be there to welcome you in the studio and will stay there to close after.

- You are welcome to use our mugs & hot water cans. We do not have a coffee machine. Reach out to us if you have any question about what we already have available at the studio for your use.

- Deliver the space back just as you reseved it.

- Max 20 people

- When the date & time is chosen, we will make an agreement document with our cancellation policy.

Make-In-Space renting costs (ex. tax):

1 hour = €35

4 hours = €135

8 hours= €265

Taxes will be added at the invoice

If you are not in a position to pay but you really want to rent the space for your project, then you can think about a service that you could offer us. We are open for other means of exchange.

About us - Over ons

Het begon allemaal in onze woonkamer een aantal jaren geleden. Eén keer per maand toverden we onze woonkamer om tot een 'maak-ruimte' waar onze vrienden en kennissen (die tijd en ruimte misten in hun dagelijkse leven voor creativiteit) creatief bezig konden zijn. Wij verzorgden de ruimte, materialen, soms een specifieke opdracht én een maaltijd en samen ervoeren we de kracht, de helende verbinding en het plezier van samen maken!

We droomden over onze eigen ruimte, buitenshuis, om meer mensen te mogen verwelkomen en met elkaar te mogen delen in het maak-proces. Die droom, na een aantal jaren zoeken en tijdelijke try-outs in anti-kraak ruimtes, is zich nu eindelijk aan het verwezenlijken op een vaste locatie!

Make-In-Space is onze nieuwe creatieve werkplaats. In deze ruimte gaan wij zelf aan de slag met ons creatieve vakman- & vakvrouwschap en laten wij ons inspireren en begeleiden door onze verbeelding en diverse interesses. Tevens is het een ontmoetingsplek, waar mensen welkom zijn om zich te verbinden met hun eigen makersschap. Dit faciliteren wij onder andere via het verzorgen van verschillende workshops voor jong en oud. Maar we zullen zo nu en dan ook 'open-atelier'-momenten aanbieden. Ook kun je bij ons op maat gemaakte workshops aanvragen voor bijvoorbeeld een kinderfeestjes of team-bijeenkomst.

Onze missie is om mensen weer in contact te laten komen met hun innerlijke kracht via de in een ieder schuilende kracht van creativiteit & verbeelding.
